Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage cleaning teams, maintain service standards, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across various sites.

Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and quality control procedures.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are maintained.

Recruit, train, and mentor cleaning staff.

Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Liaise with clients to understand requirements and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements
